Walked in and the set up is very organized and clean. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Wasn’t too sure what to get as it was my first time, Alyssa P was very helpful. I recently visited this place and it was my first time being in a dispensary . I was helped by a pleasant young girl Miranda. She made me feel comfortable and welcome. Omg! I was just there a little while ago for the first time! DEFINITELY will be coming back! The girl that helped me out was VERY knowledgeable and just the sweetest! Great customer service and actually greeted and thanked me because she actually cares about the customers! Give MIRANDA a raise! I’ll be only dealing with her when I come back… love this place! They had what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I spoke with Vern and Joe on the phone, they got me in the door, and Danielle at front counter cashed me out and answered any remaining questions. I liked the dude who checked my ID as well, he was polite.

She had answers and took her time to educate us. Amazing place! Love the little tables with all the supplements of buds to smell. Also, I was shopping for a while and didn’t know what to get, and this very sweet woman came over to help. Sheena was incredible and helped me beyond what I could even figure out! Once again, love the vibes here, super nice employees, and Sheena was amazing and helped out a ton!

Had an amazing visit here. Taylor gave me a “Tailor made” experience. I was given about 15-20 minutes to make sure I made the perfect choice for me. All high quality products here and a staff that truly enjoy making the customers happy

I love this place. Sheena and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly every time I come in. They also remember who I am. They are very accommodating when I ask questions about their products. Also, their products are very fresh looking and I like how you can get the aroma of what it smells like before you purchase as well as looking at it close up. Overall, it is a very nice space very clean and inviting. Every once in awhile they also have raffles which is pretty cool.

I spent a while going to different dispensaries and this is my pick. The staff is polite and informative, The building is large and clean with a great selection. The ID process is smooth, no lines or having to fumble with it every step of the way. The prices are also the best I can find, a good mixture of "top shelf" and "Bang for your Buck" options.

I always feel welcomed and appreciated at this store. Super friendly staff who have excellent recommendations. I don't want to leave anyone out so I won't name any names but I honestly mean everyone at this location has been nothing but extremely helpful and friendly to me they have never recommended anything that didn't absolutely blow my mind. It's a very clean and easily accessible store with plenty of parking. A very nice variety of brands and price ranges for everyone to enjoy.

Went in for the first time yesterday and I have to say it’s really nice inside they have it very well setup you can actually see, smell the flower before you buy it, prices are way better then these other dispensaries and Staff is super friendly and nice they don’t rush you, you are also not elbow to elbow nor are you playing musical chairs waiting I have been to most of the dispensaries around here and I must say this is the best one and this is where I’ll be going from now on

This is my 3rd time visiting and can't recommend it enough. Online orders are filled in about 5 - 10 mins, in store browsing is always met with an enthusiastic person who can help you find what you need. Huge parking lot and super great customer service, especially from Sheena who is always smiling and makes the visit pleasant! :)

I have had issues with dispensaries that have tried the delivery option. The order seems to get messed up or delivery takes forever. However I decided to give this one a shot.

Decided to give this dispensary a try. My wife and I are not fans of any dispensary in Ny we usually drive to Massachusetts. The staff is very nice and helpful! Bought a sealed eigth that was new on the menu and it had a fly in it so I hit them up and to my suprise they went above and beyond. Owner is a good man. His employees are so friendly too. I walked back in and they gave me a more expensive jar for free by $5 and a free lighter. They let me choose what brand and jar my replacement was. Amazing service they earned my trust big time

I went there a couple of days ago to check it out. It was a nice, spacious, immaculately clean store with a nice selection of products. Went there this evening to see how it is. Off the jump it was very smooth and pleasant from the staff member at the door scanning id's to the staff in the store. Me and a buddy were assisted by Dakota who was very respectful and happy to help with any questions. When they didn't have 1 of the items we wanted(king kong), he quickly went thru alternate similar options and found something for a good replacement! The store layout is open and very easy to navigate. As Dakota said, it's the apple store of cannabis lol will definitely be making a weekly trip here!

Stopped in for the first time today after they opened 2 weeks ago. As a connoisseur, I could see the quality of most of they had was Top Shelf. It was all in a little magnifying cases that have principal buttons that vent out the terpenes. Compared to blackmarket, prices seem a bit high for the area.. but considering the strains for a dispensary, it's average. Places super clean, the technology they're working with is modern and the way they serve orders is safe, smart and discreet!

My girlfriend and I wanted to try out this dispensary since it was new and looked intriguing. We were met with hospitality and a very nice lady named Mylena. She helped my girlfriend and I figure out what we wanted quickly and efficiently. The inside is super neat and organized. It’s aesthetically pleasing to say the least. Moved to NY in April, ive been to every dispensary in Schenectady and Electric City is on a complete different level above all the rest. They have the most diverse range of products out of all the other dispensaries combined, very high end and budget accessories i havent seen at any of the others, and a beautiful open showroom where you can get a great look at all the products. The customer service was amazing also. My budtender was Dakota and hes an absolute all star. Understood my needs and gave great information about a few products i would possibly like and made it real easy for me to find what i was looking for. Ive been to multiple dispensaries in Ohio and Michigan and i have to say Electric City has to go in my top 3 dispensaries out of all 3 states. The owner really knows what hes doing.

Taylor and Theo were both super helpful! Especially Taylor, I couldn’t get my card out of the card slot bc of my nails and she took it out for me and we laughed! Great atmosphere! Super sweet people!

Friendly staff and beautiful interior- love the different tables for Indica, sativa and Hybrid. Great pricing, Taylor helped us pick the triple infused peaches and cream preroll, had us feeling great and cracking up!! Can’t wait to come back!

Customer service is outstanding, the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Christina helped us find all that we needed and we will be back for sure! I’m impressed with the selection and the amount of employees here. Wish we could leave from the front door and maybe that will change in the future…? This was my first time at your store. My wife and I came in looking for some gummies to help us sleep. Christina was very helpful and quite knowledgeable about your products.
